Legal Agreement and Binding Nature

4. Age Restrictions and Requirements

Performance obligations will be suspended during such events and resume when circumstances permit.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions or your rights and obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision shall be null and void.
